Born and raised in a village of Haryana, Devender Arya began his professional journey with a strong foundation in discipline, public service and grassroots understanding. He brings with him 13 years of experience in Government service, an experience that shaped his approach towards leadership, responsibility, organisational discipline and execution.
After a successful career in Government service, he made a defining entrepreneurial decision — to step beyond a conventional career and build enterprises of his own.
With an MBA in Marketing, combined with extensive professional experience and a strong understanding of people, markets and business development, he began building a diversified business ecosystem with a long-term vision rather than a short-term objective.
Today, Devender Arya is the Founder & Chairman of Arunai Energy Pvt. Ltd., where he is leading the organisation with a vision to create a scalable and integrated clean-energy enterprise contributing to India’s renewable-energy transition.
Under his leadership, Arunai Energy is working across solar energy, renewable-energy projects, project execution and emerging clean-energy opportunities, while building capabilities for the next generation of energy infrastructure.

He is also the Founder & Chairman of Deepanjali Solar Power Plant Pvt. Ltd., where he is focused on developing and promoting large-scale renewable energy projects. His leadership, project-oriented approach and commitment to clean energy contribute to the growth and expansion of Arunai Group’s renewable energy vision.
Pooja Dult is a dedicated operations professional at Arunai Energy Pvt. Ltd., with over 2 years of experience within the organization. She has been closely involved in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating teams and ensuring smooth execution of business processes.
